Apple Spice Sour Cream Cake

This comes together super easy and your home will smell like a holiday dream. 

1/4lb butter - melted 

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 ½ cups flour 

1 tsp cinnamon 

¼ tsp nutmeg 

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt 

1 cup sour cream

2 cups chopped apples

Whisk together the butter, sugar + egg. Slowly add in the dry ingredients. Whisk in the sour cream + fold in the apples. Pour into a cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes - until a knife comes out dry.
