Easy + delicious, make your holidays yummier and less hectic! I’d say it’s a good cookie to make with kids but baking with kids sounds like a nightmare so just make it with adults with motor control and some cozy cocktails.

¼ lb butter - softened

½ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla bean

1 cup flour

¼ cup + 2 TB cocoa powder

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

2 TB milk

Mix the butter, sugar + vanilla bean together. Add in the remaining ingredients and form into a dough ball. Roll out thin and cut out with any cookie cutter. Top w/ a lot of white sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-14 minutes (depending on the size and thickness, I made my mini cookies).
