Cookies for every meal.

1 ½ cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mini chocolate chips
¼ tsp salt
Mix everything together. Scoop into small balls and refrigerate or freeze until hard and cold. Bake from cold in a 350 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes, until bottoms are golden.
