Raspberry Cream Cheese Cake 

You’ll never regret giving someone a cake. 





1/2lb butter

8oz cream cheese

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

3 cups flour 

1 TB baking powder

2 tsp salt 

2 TB lemon zest

2 pints raspberries (or blackberries or blueberries)

1 cup jam - any flavor, for topping 


Using room temp butter + cream cheese mix them together with the sugar + eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt + lemon zest. Fold in the raspberries. Pour into a casserole pan (13x9x2) and top with jam. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes, until your knife comes out clean.
