Perfection. You can hear the birds chirping and feel the sun shining on you while you eat them - whether that’s happening or not.

2 ¼ cups rye flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup honey
¼ lb butter - melted + cooled
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs
2 cups chopped strawberries
Raw sugar - for topping
Whisk together the dry. Make a well in the middle and add in the wet (minus the strawberries). Whisk together until smooth. Fold in the strawberries. Scoop into greased muffin tins and tops with lots of raw sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
