2 ½ cups flourÂ
2 tsp baking powderÂ
¾ tsp saltÂ
½ lb butter - softenedÂ
1 ¼ cup sugarÂ
1 egg
1 egg yolkÂ
½ tsp vanilla bean pasteÂ
Whisk the dry in one bowl. Beat the butter + sugar until it is creamy in another bowl. Add in the eggs + vanilla. Slowly incorporate the dry in. Roll into 1/2oz balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.Â
This is what I did - As SOON as they come out stamp the tops with the tiny Christmas Cookie cutter so it leaves an imprint.
